Level 4 is a non-sex level with a fully licensed bar, cocktail lounge, internet café, reading relaxation lounge, TV lounge, cinema, chill-out room and massage service. The ‘Boyz on Top’ cafe/bar and cocktail lounge is open on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and is very popular.
